❣️頭皮精華使用方法

🔅清潔頭皮

先用溫和洗髮精徹底清潔頭皮，去除油脂和污垢，確保後續精華能更好吸收。





🔅擦乾頭皮

 用毛巾輕輕按乾頭皮，保持微濕狀態（不需完全乾燥），濕潤環境有助於成分滲透。





🔅分區塗抹

 將頭髮分區（如畫線分縫），直接將精華滴在頭皮上，用指腹輕輕按摩3-5分鐘，幫助吸收。  





❣️微針導入頭皮精華的方法

微針（滾輪或電動）能創造微小通道，提升精華吸收率，適合改善頭皮角質厚、毛囊萎縮等問題。





💛步驟：

🔅消毒準備

微針頭用75%酒精浸泡15分鐘，使用前用生理食鹽水沖洗。  

頭皮清潔後，可用酒精棉片輕拭消毒（避開傷口或發炎處）。





🔅選擇針長

   - 頭皮建議用0.25-0.5mm短針（居家使用），1.0mm以上需專業操作。





將精華均勻塗在頭皮上，用微針滾輪以「米字型」（前後、左右、斜角）輕滾，每方向3-5次，力度輕柔至微紅即可。  

電動微針則以打圈方式移動，避開同一部位反覆刺激。
